You may request deletion of your Sentiq account and associated data. After we receive your request, we will deactivate the account and delete or anonymize personal information within up to 30 days, except where we must retain data for legal obligations (e.g. billing).
We may retain strictly necessary information required by law and aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you.
We are enabling a form to handle requests automatically. In the meantime, please write to support@sentiqapp.com.
We will contact you by email to confirm receipt and the outcome. While your request is processed, your account is deactivated and you cannot sign in.
