By accessing or using the Sentiq mobile application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Sentiq is a digital athlete development platform that turns evaluations, goals, and tracking into a measurable performance evolution process.

Sentiq is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or mental health service. It does not provide psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace care from health or sports professionals.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires account registration.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• all activities occurring under their account

Sentiq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Users may create and store personal content including evaluations, reflections, objectives and performance notes.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Sentiq a limited license to store, process and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is lawful and appropriate.

5. AI-Assisted Insights

Certain features of the Service may generate automated suggestions or insights.

These outputs are provided for informational and athlete development purposes only and must not be interpreted as professional, medical, or psychological advice.

6. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the Service
• attempt unauthorized access
• upload illegal or harmful content
• interfere with platform security

8. Service Availability

Sentiq may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentiq shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Sentiq may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
